Working for one of our long standing clients the RRG Group, this was a complete refurbishment project with additional civils works to the forecourt.

The RRG group own a number of car sales garages throughout the North West of England, and sell cars produced by manufacturers such as Skoda, Citroen, Kia and Toyota to name but a few.

The refurbishment side of the project included a completely new ventilation and heating system, suspended ceiling, floor tiling and the construction of new internal offices. Externally, the structural steel had to be altered in order to create a fascia of which was clad with composite cladding.

Civils works on this project included block paving, various drainage repairs, the complete re-surfacing of the entire hardstanding areas and a new kerbed island with hoop barriers to provide the dealership with additional security.
